First Sick Day In DC

Today, I went home around 1PM because I didn't feel too well. Slight dizziness, probably a small fever. It's the first time I got sick during my current job, which I started in March.

It's probably because of my date last night, we took a brisk walk in Old Town Alexandria, and sat out by the waterfront. There was a slight breeze, and I took my jacket off and put it on her to be a gentleman, even though she didn't say she was cold.

I'm starting to agree more and more with the saying about dating: "No good deed goes unpunished".

negative. cold weather can not cause sickness. If you did indeed have a fever then it means that your body is trying to fight something off and that something must be a bacteria, virus or something of the sort.

But doesn't being cold weaken the immune system or something like that? But yeah, doesn't matter too much, I'm feeling somewhat better now, slight sore throat, no big deal.

The taking off the jacket move is awesome. You're my hero.

Yeah, awesome enough to get me sick for a day or two, totally not worth it.

Like I said before, "no good deed goes unpunished".
