Saturday Night Post
This being my first weekend in the DC area, I'm actually bored. I feel accomplished today. I got my brakes and oil changed. Again, now, I'm actually bored. I've been super busy throughout the week, mostly checking out places to stay. I found a house about 15 min from my work without traffic, and I got the master bedroom. I'll be sharing the house with 3 other guys around my age, so it'll be fun. With that accomplished, I'm again, bored. I've thought about driving downtown DC and exploring, but I think my first time doing that should be during daylight, and without my car being full of boxes in the backseat.
I've realized how attached I am with the Internet. I left the office Friday night, and tonight is Saturday. I am actually at work, for some personal net surfing, personal Email checking, and personal blogging, because my computer isn't set up in my new place yet. What would I do if I go somewhere on vacation where there isn't Internet at all, even for just a week? I'd go crazy.
Just realized I havn't had anything since lunch around 3PM, while waiting on my car while it's getting worked on. It's around 11:30, I'll probably go to a local bar, grab a burger, have a drink or two, and go home. Being alone on a Saturday night totally sucks, wish I was in Charlotte with my buds. Could've been drinking with the A-town boys, playing Halo with Chris and Rhea, or shooting pool with the pool players I know, or randomly visiting a friend I havn't seen in a month or two in Charlotte, but nooooooooo.............I'm at the office blogging. Am I a loser or what?
Oh well, it's only the first weekend. There're lots more weekends in DC to come, and hopefully I won't be at the office on a Sat night in a long while, unless I'm showing one of my buddies visiting me from NC how cool my office is.

Dude, it was so weirs not to see you this weekend. We were like sitting at home and three of us kinda just looked at each other and were like...what the hell is missing....hmm...duh...no Paul! ok so u found a place. 30 days from now then we will try to visit.

:) I miss you guys too. I'm going back to NC to get the rest of my stuff this coming weekend, now that I've found a place. I'd love to see you guys.
I cannot begin to tell you how proud I am of you, even though you've moved a little farther away from me :( Keep up the good work and I miss you lots!
